DAY 1 OF 205 started off with a grumble…

Last night I
fell asleep on my couch @ 6 pmish (I get home from work @5:30 pmish), transferred
to my bed sometime around 8 pmish & then proceeded to sleep through not 1, 2
or 3 but 4 alarms. I woke up @ 6:50 amish. I need to be @ work by 7:30am (no
ish) & it takes me about a ½ hour to get there…. I rolled in @ 7:32.
It is 10:30
am & I am already questioning my commitment to this goal. wtf eh!? I’m
tired, unorganized, grumpy and weepy. (I have head cold symptoms & am on
the tail end of blood week.) Good times.
The plan is
to commit to today. Today I will exercise & eat clean. During my lunch
break from 12- 1 pm. I will walk down & up the hill from hell. It should
take me bout 20 mins. I will then continue to walk around the neighborhood
until 30 mins walking has been achieved. Then I will enjoy a wondrously
luxurious shower for 25 mins.
It’s 1:25 pm & mission complete!!! Feels great!
